- Versions with enthalpy heat exchangers for use in humid and warm climates.
- Low power consumption EC fans.
- Quiet operation.
- The design allows the connection of an exhaust pipe from the bathroom.
- Easy assembly.
- Compact size.
- The ventilation system is controlled with WiFi via an app (Android/iOS) on a smartphone or tablet.
STEERING
- The ventilation system is equipped with my control panel.
- A remote control is included.
- With WiFi connection.
VENTILATORS
- Highly efficient, electronically commutated external rotor motors with forward curved impeller blades. EC motors offer the most advanced energy saving solution.
- EC motors are characterized by a high delivery rate and a fully controllable advantage of electronically controlled motors.
CONSTRUCTION
- The housing is made of polymer-coated steel and has an acrylic cover. 10 mm thick heat and sound insulation layer made of synthetic rubber.
- The front cover is easy to open for filter maintenance and is equipped with a lock.
- The ventilation system has two connection nozzles with a diameter of 100mm for removing stale air and supplying fresh air. In addition, a third socket with 100 mm (included in delivery) can be installed to connect an exhaust pipe from the bathroom.
AIR FLAPS
- The ventilation system is equipped with supply and exhaust air flaps to prevent drafts when switched off.
AIR FILTERING
- Freshbox 100 WIFI: The supply air is filtered via G4 and F8 panel filters. If there are increased requirements for air purity, an H13 filter or an F8 activated carbon filter (ordered separately) can be installed instead of the F8 filter. The exhaust air is filtered via G4 panel filters.
HEAT EXCHANGER
- The Freshbox 100 WIFI ventilation system is equipped with a countercurrent heat exchanger made of polystyrene.
- In the cold season, the heat from the exhaust air is transferred to the draft, which reduces heat loss during ventilation. This can cause condensation, which collects in a special collecting tray and is drained out through the exhaust pipe.
- In the warm season, the heat from the outside air is transferred to the exhaust air. This means that cooler supply air enters the room, which supports any air conditioning system in operation.
FUNCTIONALITY
- The cold outside air flows through the filters and the heat exchanger and is supplied to the room by the centrifugal supply air fan.
- The warm, used exhaust air flows through the filter and the heat exchanger and is led outside by the centrifugal exhaust fan.
- The supply and exhaust air flows remain completely separated during heat exchange, so that dirt, odors and germs cannot be transferred between the air flows.
FROST PROTECTION
- The Freshbox 100 WiFi ventilation system has an exhaust air temperature sensor that switches off the supply air fan if there is a risk of frost. The heat exchanger is heated by the warm exhaust air flow. The supply air fan then switches on again and the ventilation system returns to normal operation.
